Dr. Mann coordinates Grainger Engineering’s primary initiatives in engineering education, including the Collins Scholar program for new faculty, our Teaching Professionals Program (TPro2) for specialized teaching faculty, and the Strategic Instructional Innovations Program (SIIP)—a multidisciplinary, collaborative grant program to promote and to expand innovations in engineering teaching and learning, especially at the undergraduate level.
